Service Description

A thorough and focused consultation for NEW clients or those who haven't seen me in over 12 months. This consultation will include going over your health intake form together, looking at any pathology reports brought in, discussing relevant areas such as diet and lifestyle, and exploring your main health concern/s and health goals to create a unique and tailored health and lifestyle plan. Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a client information form and consent to be completed and returned prior to your consultation. Currently a 25% discount until 14 May 2026.
