A review of initial treatment plan to determine if any modifications are needed or health goals have changed. Generally booked 2-4 weeks after initial, with ongoing return consultation ranging from 6weeks-3monthly. This is an important time to make any required adjustments to ensure treatment plan continues to be personalised and tailored to each person and their health concerns and goals. Support, guidance and education is provided as vital elements to a person's ongoing and sustainable improved changes in their health and wellness.
